Project Guidelines

Acceptable Projects

• Original creative work in Music, Film, Dance, or Digital Art
• Clear project description and goals
• Realistic funding targets
• Appropriate content for all audiences

Prohibited Content

• Illegal activities or content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or violence
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Scams, fraud, or misleading information
• Copyright infringement or stolen work
• Spam or promotional content unrelated to creative work

Project Requirements

• Must be your original work or properly credited
• Must have clear creative or artistic merit
• Must include project description and media
• Must set realistic and achievable goals
• Must comply with all applicable laws

Voting & Contest Rules

Fair Play

• One account per person
• No vote manipulation or cheating
• No buying votes or offering incentives for votes
• No automated voting or bots
• Respect daily vote limits

Contest Participation

• Projects automatically enter the next contest cycle when approved
• Winners selected by community votes + admin review
• Prizes awarded to top 3 projects per cycle
• Winners must be in good standing with platform rules

Prohibited Voting Behavior

• Creating multiple accounts to vote
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent vote limits
• Coordinating vote manipulation schemes
• Offering rewards in exchange for votes

Financial Guidelines

Donations

• All donations are final and non-refundable
• Platform fee of 7.5% applies to all donations
• Donate responsibly within your means
• No chargebacks except for fraud

For Creatives

• Use funds as described in your project
• Provide updates on fund usage
• Be transparent about project progress
• Deliver on promises made to supporters

Prohibited Financial Activity

• Money laundering or fraud
• Misrepresenting project costs or needs
• Using funds for purposes other than stated
• Creating projects with no intention to deliver

Communication Guidelines

Comments & Interactions

• Keep comments relevant and constructive
• No spam, advertising, or self-promotion
• No offensive language or personal attacks
• Respect others' opinions and feedback

Project Updates

• Keep supporters informed of progress
• Be honest about challenges or delays
• Respond to supporter questions when possible
• Celebrate milestones with your community

Intellectual Property

• Only upload content you own or have permission to use
• Properly credit collaborators and sources
• Respect copyright, trademarks, and other IP rights
• Don't use others' work without permission
• Report copyright violations to our team

Enforcement

Violations

Depending on severity, violations may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Content Removal: Inappropriate projects or comments
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations
• Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations

Reporting

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the report feature on projects or comments
• Contact support with details
• Provide evidence if available
• Don't engage with violators directly

Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error:

• Contact support within 30 days
• Provide explanation and evidence
• Our team will review and respond
• Decisions are final after review
