1. Create Your Account
Sign up and choose your role:
- Fan: Discover, vote, and support projects
- Creative: Create projects and apply for funding
- Sponsor: Support creatives and view impact
2. Complete Your Profile
Add a profile picture, bio, and relevant information to personalize your account.
3. Explore the Platform
- Feed: Discover projects through short videos
- Discover: Browse all active projects
- Contests: View current and past contests
For Creatives
Creating a Project
- Go to your Creative Dashboard
- Click "Create Project"
- Fill in project details:
- Title and description
- Category (Music, Film, Dance, Digital Art)
- Funding goal
- Featured image
- YouTube video or direct video link
- Submit for review
- Once approved, your project enters the next contest cycle
Managing Your Projects
- Track votes and donations in real-time
- Post updates to keep supporters engaged
- View analytics and performance metrics
- Respond to comments and build community
Requesting Resources
Need equipment, services, or mentorship?
- Visit the Resources page
- Click "New Request"
- Describe what you need and why
- Set urgency level
- Submit for review
Applying for Grants
- Browse available grants on the Grants page
- Check eligibility requirements
- Submit application with project details
- Track application status in your dashboard
For Supporters
Voting for Projects
- You get 10 free votes per day
- Click the Vote button on any project card or detail page
- Votes reset daily
- Optional paid votes available for extra support
Making Donations
- Click "Donate" on a project
- Enter donation amount
- Complete secure payment
- Receive confirmation
- Track your donations in your dashboard
Earning Badges
Badges are automatically awarded for:
- First vote cast
- First donation made
- Supporting multiple projects
- Community engagement
- Consistent participation
Following Projects
- Vote for projects to track them
- View your supported projects in your dashboard
- Receive updates when projects post news
Contest System
How Contests Work
- Submission: Projects are submitted anytime and queued for the next cycle
- Review: Admin approves quality projects
- Voting Period: Community votes for their favorites
- Winner Selection: Top projects win based on votes + admin review
- Prizes: Winners receive funding from the prize pool
Contest Cycle Timeline
- Week 1-3: Project submission and approval
- Week 4: Active voting period
- End of Month: Winners announced
- Next Month: New cycle begins
